No se decretó la nulidad de la Sentencia T-466/96 proferida por la Sala Novena de Revisión.

La Corte ha admitido que luego de proferirse la sentencia podría caber la nulidad si en el texto de la misma sentencia, no en el curso anterior a ella, se incurre en violación al debido proceso.

Sólo cabría la nulidad si hubiera habido cambio de jurisprudencia y no la hubo.
